老朽感は否めないが、部屋はきれいに掃除され、昔の作りだからか広い。 駐車場も広く停めやすい。あまり奥に停めると広すぎるので注意。 チェックインもスムーズであった。 場所はつくば駅に近く、飲食店も一通り揃っている。ただコンビニはなかった気がするので、自動販売機はあるものの、小腹が空きそうな時は道すがら何か買ってからチェックインでもいいかも

禁煙の部屋が満室のため喫煙可の部屋でしたが、匂いはほとんど気になりませんでした。 また、建物は少し古いですが、清掃は行き届いていたと思います。
