We stayed there for 5nights and really enjoy and feel safe.. Staff - 10star… most specially the valet boys, we really appreciate all of them, they are really helpful and friendly… The rooms are always clean and the the staff are all helpful… The amenities like gym, pool and the area where we can play with table tennis and chess are very nice, my boys loved them.

I stayed at the Omni 3 separate times within a couple of weeks to provide support for my child studying at the Colburn School of Music. Each time I stayed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with things that I needed. At a time when customer service seems to be struggling, I felt that the front desk staff were amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is also very close to the Disney music hall and it has a nice mix of restaurants close by. You can walk to a number of places to get fast food, or you can also walk to a couple of very nice restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you Omni Los Angeles!
