Very good stay for the morning flight we had to catch

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the HelloSky Airport Hotel in Rome, which I booked through Expedia. Considering that I paid approximately €300 for one night, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet even basic standards. The most concerning issue was that the kettle and the tea and coffee maker were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned before my arrival. This was both unpleasant and unhygienic. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better attention to cleanliness and quality. Overall, the experience was far below my expectations and did not reflect the value of what I paid. I booked through Expedia because I trust the quality of the accommodations offered on your platform, and this stay was very disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and let me know what can be done to address my complaint. I look forward to your response. Thank you for your time and attention. Staff at the check-in desk is incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable!!! They get my 6 stars!!! Location of the hotel is 5 stars! Rooms (we stayed twice in a week) were so terrible and filthy!!! It should be illegal to call it a hotel room. Showers were the most nasty! I had to wear street flip flops to not place feet of that filthy shower floor. Disgusting.

Room 9 has a terrible odour. The floors in the shower were moldy. We asked for another room and were advised that the hotel was fully booked. We emailed the hotel but days later we still have not heard back from them.

We always stay here because of the convenient location.

We always stay at this hotel because it is convenient, one does not have to exit the airport. Food selection is excellent and price is very fair.

Very convenient if you have an early flight.

The shower was plugged and not well cleaned
