Very disappointing experience. The hotel charges unfair and overpriced rates that do not match the quality of the service. The level of professionalism is very poor. The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The staff’s attitude is unprofessional and unfriendly. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The roomwas beautifully appointed, the amenities were good, and Roshd our room housekeeper was excellent. Each day he made designs on our beds with towels and flowers and made sure we had waters. The wait staff at the restaurants were good too. SADAMAat check out was very good
