Clean room. Staff was friendly. My grand daughter loved getting Disney character stickers from the gift shop staff. Pool was amazing!

Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful.

We had an absolute blast, but I was surprised at how outdated the facilities were. We unfortunately didn’t get a room with a savannah view, nor did we get a multi-bedroom room, and in hindsight that was a big mistake, as our room ended up just being quite grim. We had to use the communal laundry facilities, of which at least a couple machines were out of order (so we had to wait hours). The bus service was reliable, but if anything at all went wrong, we’d end up having to wait for an hour+ to get to / from the properties.

The room is ok, the view is ok, but the hotel does not offer “Disney experience”, the service in the restaurant is terrible, breakfast is served by boxes “quick service “ , We had the unpleasant experience that the waiter dropped our breakfast on the floor, and he wanted to deliver it like this, we asked to talk to the manager and she did not offer any apologize
