Shabby hallways, broken walls, poor AC, staff was unhelpful: they couldn’t really change the AC. One didn’t know how it worked.

Way too many carbs and food was over salted. Dining staff was excellent. I ordered a king bed and got two twin beds for a couple. I had to prop pillows on the side to stop falling off the bed. The hair dryers smoked and smelled like burning wires. The TV didn't work and the checkin staff charged me 400 php for that 2 hour checkin despite all the problems of the room. I have visited this hotel 3X in the last 2 years for about 15 days. They did not care. Go to the Insular, Pearl Farm, or any where else that respects their repeat customers. I will not be back.

Staff- they are nice and accommodating Breakfast- plenty of choices (Filipino and American dish) Beddings- comforters don't have duvet, they are wrapped with 2 blankets Bathroom- it is slippery and clogged Room- smelly (bring air freshener) Jacuzzi- cold water only Sauna- not working Gym- ok
