Clean rooms and building, staff were nice, and the breakfast was okay. Lots of Nats on the fruits in the breakfast lounge but I can see why not much can be done about that. The showers or at least mine would only have warm water for 8 or so minutes before getting really cold. The vending machine was basically empty during my stay with only a few items. The fans in the room were a bit underwhelming in terms of cooling me at night (good to note that there was a heat wave when I stayed). Be sure to look at the weather and time your trip since it can get really warm in the rooms or at least mine. Overall an okay hotel to stay at.

Great location for visiting the city - a little dated but for the price point, and location, this was a fantastic hotel for our family. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The family room is in a building around the corner from the hotel - we found that a bit odd. There is a mini fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle. If requested, we could get coffee from the breakfast buffet.

Great location, easily walkable to a really great coffee shop and to the cathedral and train station, but without all the noise of those. Breakfast was good in the hotel too.

Clean room, room service everyday with clean towels, bathroom etc, centrally located close to everything in Cologne. Very friendly staffs. We were traveling from US and forgot to bring our power adapter for EU. Staffs were very kind to share the power adapter with us. I would recommend this place in a beat.
