The staff were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out, going out of their way to recommend nearby restaurants and help with directions. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and quiet despite being so central. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and I woke up refreshed every morning. What really sets Hotel Sunbee apart is the location-to-value ratio — you’re walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the subway, but prices stay reasonable without any drop in comfort or service. If you want an authentic, well-located, and impeccably run stay in Seoul, Hotel Sunbee delivers on every front. I’d book again without hesitation.

직원들이 친절하고 방이 아주 깨끗했습니다. 또, 방이랑 화장실이 넓어서 쾌적합니다. 위치도 인사동 근처고 역에서 가까워서 이동이 편리했습니다.

Great hotel in a great spot. Room was spacious and also had a large, new bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Close to everything and yet very peaceful and quiet

Three adults and a 5-month-old infant stayed at Sunbee Hotel for a couple of days, and we had a wonderful experience. :) The front desk staff were exceptionally attentive and accommodating, and we truly appreciated how they responded to all of our requests. They thoughtfully prepared a baby crib and a bottle sterilizer in our room, which made traveling with our baby much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Sunbee Hotel to both solo travelers and families visiting Seoul. The hotel is located in Insadong, one of Seoul's most popular tourist areas, where you can experience the charm and traditional atmosphere of Korea.

Wonderful location. The laundry facility and water and coffee for guests were very useful. I definitely will recommend this place when in Seoul.

Nice hotel and great location. It is very close to insadong and lots of restaurants. I was very satisfied with large room which includes one king bed and one single bed. It is perfect for family traveling together. Staffs are very kind. I am not comparing with 4 star hotels. It is very good hotel for the price and location.

Simple yet elegant. Close to cultural sites and lots of resultants, bars and the famous insadong shopping. The staff were super helpful. We would stay again for sure.

Great value and great location, staff spoke english and insadong street was just outside In the middle of everything! Clean rooms, free laundry !
