I stayed in Room 301 on the third floor. It sounded like there was a laundry room under my room because I kept hearing a dryer shaking the floor every time it was running. It was very loud and disturbing. Also, on two of the days, housekeeping did not refill my soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Whenever I tried calling room service—especially in the evenings—no one answered the phone. Overall, the noise and lack of service made my stay disappointing.

Very clean. Ben the night shift front desk person was very helpful and funny. I loved the stay. Very clean and quiet there. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger but other than that had a great stay!
