Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. 5min walk to Tower. Staff were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was a good selection continental. Oulf go back again and highly recommend.

One of the best experiences we’ve had, with truly amazing staff. We really enjoyed our stay, and the two receptionists were always available, greeted us with great attitudes, and responded promptly to all of our questions and needs. Their excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.

Staff very helpful, special mention to Serene. Very polite & very helpful with ordering us an early morning taxis to airport & with emails on eta for check in. Room ready early. Considering the age & type of the property it was a very nice stay. A nice buffet breakfast outside in the warm Tuscan sun. Nice terrace outside (front) to relax, have a drink & chill. Very close to Tower, cathedral places to eat.
