Our room had used soda bottles on the ground. The shower water remained cold. The A/C unit rattled and sounded like it was going to break. 1 elevator that was very slow

The hotel was convenient to the airport, but the free shuttle hours are horrendous. If you're going to say you have a free shuttle, then it should operate during normal business hours.

Shuttle service to airport is only till 9:30 in the morning, and then starts up again later in the afternoon. This information was not clearly provided on the website.

Besides my bed feeling like an old pullout sofa bed (really, Hampton Inn??), the check in experience was terrible. The staff member was very unhelpful and continued to double down on an unreasonable position. I’ve never had an experience like that, in fact ever.
