We had a fantastic stay and were very pleasantly surprised.

Lovely smaller hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but yet only a 10 min walk along the river to get there. Amazing staff who can’t do enough to help and are always engaging and wonderful to speak with. Spacious rooms larger bathroom and big overhead shower. Nice having the main pool that is for over 12’s bit with the separate pool for children on other side of the gardens. Breakfast was good with your usual selection of food stations. Would highly recommend

An exceptional, true 5-star resort in Hoi An. Every detail of this stay was seamless, clean, and highly professional. Pros: Excellent Amenities: The property features two pristine pools, a gym, a beautiful spa, and a fantastic restaurant with great prices for both traditional Vietnamese and Western dishes. True Eco-Friendly Practices: Unlike many places, they strictly avoid single-use plastics and provide high-tech water dispensers with multiple temperature settings. Generous Inclusions: The stay includes an outstanding, high-quality breakfast buffet and free bicycle rentals. They also provide a free shuttle to a beach club with complimentary lounge chairs. Transit Flexibility: Their early check-in/late check-out amenities are top-tier. They provide dedicated restrooms and showers so you can enjoy the pool and stay fresh even after checking out. Room & Views: My room was immaculate with a gorgeous dual view of the pool and the river. The bed was incredibly comfortable. (Note: The walls can be slightly thin if you have very loud neighbors, but the overall area is peaceful). I highly recommend RiverTown for solo travelers looking to treat themselves, as well as families. I would return in a heartbeat!

What a lovely hotel in a fantastic location in Hoi an old town, facilities were fabulous, staff were amazing and the pool was excellent. Would recommend this hotel as a beautiful hotel to stay that has a fabulous ambiance about it.❤️

I had an excellent stay at RiverTown Hoi An Hotel & Spa. As a solo traveller, I found it very relaxing and comfortable. The location is great—around a 5–10 minute walk to the night entertainment and restaurants, and from there you can easily access the lantern boats. If you can, try to get a room on the 8th floor as the views are amazing. The hotel is clean and well looked after, with a couple of pools to choose from and a chilled poolside bar. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, especially when it came to recommending and booking attractions. There’s also an onsite spa if you feel like treating yourself. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice spacious room and lovely breakfast. Staff all very accommodating. Able to have use of beach club which was a nice way to relax. Good lication

We loved our stay here! The staff was really friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and happy hour. They were under construction so a bit noisy, but had compliments to make up for it. Vietnam is under a lot of construction, so hard to avoid. The room felt a little hot, hard to get the AC to run properly. We loved the laundry service where they sent it to a local business for super cheap.

Duyen at front desk immediately made us feel welcome. Beautiful room, tasty breakfast with lots of choices. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea. Great location
