Per sota de la mitjana I arrived at 1:00 am and I was told the room was overbooked and had already been taken. I was told to contact Hotels.com, however, because of how late it was, I was given a very small room with a twin bed for me and my mom. This was unacceptable but given the circumstances I had no choice but to stay.

I booked a room online,when I reached there one of thier receptionist asked to pay 50£ as a security deposit,she said when I will leave I can get in which method I'll pay I'll get refund,I paid by card,but this is 4th day I didn't got my refund.not good

Unfortunately the room and especially the bathroom was extremely dirty. There was very strong smell coming from the shower drain and it was blocked. From the window was very strong smell of weed and we couldn’t even open de window, actually even the room itself was smelling cigarette.
