This was my sixth time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was the first time I had a disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were not as friendly or welcoming as they had been during my previous visits. Unfortunately, they also seemed more focused on their phones than on assisting guests, which made it difficult to get their attention and left me feeling overlooked. In addition, there were drainage issues in my room. The shower drained very slowly, and although someone came to fix it, the same problem later occurred with the bathroom sink. I would like to recognize and highly recommend Jonathan Alvarez, our regular taxi driver. He was the only person during my stay who truly went out of his way to help me. Jonathan is always friendly, professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. He consistently recommends excellent places to eat and visit, making every trip enjoyable. His outstanding service, kindness, and willingness to help made a real difference and were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay.

I ordered the fried chicken tacos from the restaurant in the hotel and got a stomach virus for 3 days.

Super noisy if your room points to the street.

Great breakfast service and all staff were super friendly from the concierge to the check in staff and kitchen staff—all went above and beyond. Concierge was super helpful and resourceful. Check in staff offered early check in for a small charge that allowed me to rest & enjoy breakfast upon my early flight arrival.
