Per sota de la mitjana My husband booked the family suite, 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths , convenient location. I saw cockroaches in the kitchen on our 2nd day, I told receptionist and she just said oh well, might have gotten in from the open windows, no opened windows. I showed her pictures .We left for the day , when we got back baby roaches on one of the bathroom floor and crawling on the toilet paper. My kids refused to go to bed til i inspected their bed , making sure that there are no roaches. We are home now and our luggages are still in the garage. Need to check if roaches came to the US with us.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ok, nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Umgebung ziemlich unruhig.
Empfang ok. Aircondition ok, im Zimmer allerdings nur das Nötigste: keine Lampe am Bett, nicht einmal ein Zahnputzbecher vorhanden, auch keine Flasche Wasser, was heute eigentlich überall obligatorisch ist.
Frühstück sehr bescheiden, keine Eierspeise. Insgesamt ist das Hotel höchstens für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fällt ungünstig aus.

Checkin process was quick.Room was clean and we didn't experience any noise from the street late at night.
Yes the front desk has limited hours, for me the Expedia app let me know this before I even booked it but I did noticed if you use the website some info is not show so just make sure you check those things!

I liked that it had ac and the shower pressure was good. The only room lights were super bright overhead lights, too intense. The mini fridge was gone, so difficult to keep any water cold. We each had 1 sloppy pillow and needed to get an extra roll of toilet paper. I wouldn't stay here again.

The sheets, blankets, and towels were clean. We needed a hotel last minute, so it worked out!
Rain showerhead was broken so most of the water just went straight down the wall, but there was a handheld wand that worked. Signs said to clean the kitchen yourself, which would have been fine if there were any cleaning products. There was dish soap at least.
The A/C did cool the rooms a little, which was nice. The noise from the street didn’t bother us.
Check in and check out were nice and quick!
