Good clean modern hotel with effective air conditioning. Buffet breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and informative. Close to Bowling arcade and fast food outlets also a short walk towards the city with plenty of restaurants. 20 minute walk into the city and a bus stop just outside if desired. Bathroom had all the washing products you would need but my daughter pointed out that the bathroom lock was difficult to use. There is a good small gym that was well equipped with towels and a water dispenser. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a small fridge in the room. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Absolutely wonderful staff, food, facilities, and as an overall base for my trip. Great place to rest and recover after a long, fun day. Would recommend highly!

Hotel located well for easy access to places of interest. Hotel very clean in room and other areas of hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful. Good choices of food for breakfast.

Room was spotless, Staff were very friendly and helpful, a good variety at breakfast my niece enjoyed the waffles. The bar was also great. The gym is basic but managed some cardio and weights. For parking it does cost £16 a day but most hotels now charge. Park at front of hotel and speak to reception who will give a code and you will be directed to parking. Takes about 20 min to get to the shopping area or take the bus which stops more or less outside hotel. We would definitely recommend staying and we will be back.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very popular. I took off one star because the rooms are tiny and designed for couples - I booked a room for 3, and with the sofa bed in use, two people couldn't pass by each other and the desk was unusable. And the bathroom door is made of frosted glass (?!)
