Hilton Xiamen is inside a high end shopping mall Paragon. The city center location is convenient to travel different places. However, it’s more for business travelers. It’s still about 6 kilometers to the tourist district. Tourists may want to check out hotels south of here.
The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable, shower was hot and strong. Everything was provided. Breakfast was nice and served food meets east and west. 24 hours gym, an outdoor pool etc.
I was impressed most with the staff who were very helpful, including room cleaning, counter, and concierge Jason who went above and beyond helping me with getting around the town using public transportation.
It’s a great hotel and great service.
