Bé Good location, comfortable room but this one had no washroom. Using a shared washroom/shower can be a bit annoying especially in the morning when more people are using them. The breakfast could have been better for the price of the room, it was very basic. The rooms don't seem to be soundproofed. Also, no elevator. If you want to leave your luggage for a few hours, they charge you for that. They charge for coffee as well as they hame a machine in the common area.

Per sota de la mitjana The receptionist was a bit cold and not very helpful when giving directions or local recommendations. One thing I really didn't like was the luggage storage policy. If you arrive a few hours before check-in, they charge you for the entire day to store your bags. I arrived at 12:00 p.m.; my room wasn't available until the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, and I was still charged the full daily storage fee. That was the first time I've experienced that at a hotel, and I found it quite disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast is outstanding. It offers a wide variety of fresh, healthy, and delicious options, and everything is kept exceptionally clean throughout the dining area.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.
The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk from Copenhagen Central Train Station.

Overall, I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind that the bathrooms are shared and the rooms do not have air conditioning. They do provide a small fan, but it can be quite noisy and isn’t enough on warmer days. Other than that, everything was ok.

Saga was a great hotel! There were 3 of us and we got a room with 3 beds and a private bathroom. It was a great stay and great location. Short walk to the train station, Tivoli, and great restaurants.
Really liked this place, would stay again!
