Fantàstic Honestly what a lovely little place this is, can't fault it one bit, lovely spacious room, bed so comfy, lovely original features all around, and 2 of the cutest little dogs pottering about, breakfast was lovely! Would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable room in a historic home. David is a kind host, made a great breakfast. Quiet neighborhood outside of Edinburgh, only a few restaurants nearby, but they are good.

David our host was very warm, welcoming and hospitable. A lovely property in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of walks around. Easily accessible by bus from the city. A cooked / continental breakfast is an added bonus. The local village has an amazing pub (Spylaw) with very good food and friendly service and a good family run Italian restaurant ( Dante’s). My husband and I stayed in a very spacious en-suite double bedroom which was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.
