Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room.
It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away.

Thy ask for you to call them to let them know you will be coming after 12am and said the have 24 hour shuttle service. I called for both of those things and no one answered. Hotels.com called them multiple time and they didn’t answer. They say they have 24 hour front desk. Clearly that phone was on silent last night. I hope the front desk person got the good nights sleep I thought I would have. lol boooooooo thumbs down.

We had a great time. Walked down to the supermarket then enjoyed the rest of the night. Quiet, peaceful and nice plus off the beaten track.

We were so pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely Valtisya House was. The best, however was the help we received from Juan at check in. He went above & beyond in arranging an early taxi for us and made sure all went well, helped us to our room and gave great directions for places in the neighborhood.
