Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Location was out of the main tourist are but it was easy to get into the main islands with the tram stop just outside of the hotel. Great hotel for the price.

Excellent hotel super close to the center of Stockholm!! So many benefits to this hotel! Tram right outside - super easy to reach Gamla Stan or really any part of the city. (10 minutes to Gamla Stan). The rooms were excellent and bright with large windows. cleaned every day. We loved the large Lobby with tons of seating areas. Breakfast was great! We also found the staff extremely helpful and kind. Always happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions 24/7. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return to this hotel. Stockholm is a very expensive city and we were fortunate to find this amazing hotel so close to everything!

Tram very convenient. Nice to have access to coffee and tea in the long until 4pm.

We had the family room with a queen and a sofa bed. I don’t think the sofa bed was that comfortable for my teenage boys, but I think for little kids it would be great. The staff was very friendly. Also thought our room was a little hot because of its size and probably small AC unit given its size. but the family room, other than being hot, was nice and spacious. One of the best things about the hotel is that the tram literally stops right in front of it so it is very very convenient to get around in and there’s a grocery store right next-door which is also super convenient. I had planned to use the gym but never did so I didn’t get to check it out.

Great hotel, clean, right in front of trolley station, only complaint I can think of is that I could not cool the room down enough to my standards for sleeping.

Très beau séjour. Café gratuit pour tous, lit très confortable, belle localisation, par contre pas de frigo dans la chambre.

I liked the customer service. Air conditioning not running high enough.

We were only in Stockholm for 5 days and this hotel suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the staff were polite at check in and helpful with any questions we had.
