I had a wonderful staff. The hotel was clean and smelled good when you walk in ☺️ The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and spacious and very well put together. The restaurant inside the hotel were great 👍. I would definitely stay here again!

We love the Guest House at Graceland! However, It appears to need some maintenance. There are areas that need to be pressure sprayed and/or repainted outside and the hallways need chair rail to be installed where the cleaning carts have scarred the wallpaper. Also, the carpets are getting worn in the conference rooms and all carpet needs to be cleaned. They need actual refrigerators in the rooms instead of an ice box/cooler. Many guests have medication that requires refrigeration. They also need better lighting in the guest room bathrooms for applying makeup. At one time, all of the rooms had vanity mirrors but the room we had did not have one. The handicap showers should not have a step-in tub as it is difficult for a handicapped person to lift their legs that high to step into the tub. Taller commodes in the handicap bathrooms rooms would also be easier for a handicap person to get off and on the commode. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was good. There just wasn’t enough staff, in the restaurants or the bar. Food took to long to come to our table. Deltas only had two servers waiting on tables. The entries took 1 1/2 hour to come out. We didn’t except it. It was cold and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. They have a bad staffing problem.

We had a wonderful stay at The Guest House at Graceland! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. We especially loved the unique atmosphere and how the hotel beautifully captures the spirit and legacy of Elvis while still feeling modern and luxurious. The location was also perfect, especially for visiting Graceland, making everything convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Memphis!

We’re in town visiting for a weekend and saw reviews about this property. I would say it exceeded our expectations and was a quiet, safe area to stay. Clean, neatly Elvis themed areas. We enjoyed the nightly movies, live music, variety of places to dine or grab a snack in the hotel. A way to socialize with other Elvis fans in a beautiful gated area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will stay here again.
