I chose this hotel for the free airport shuttle. The only operates in 7-11am. This is not helpful for afternoon flights out. ALso, there was an extra charge for airport tax? This is why I gave it a negative rating. The hotel provided beverage service and some bread snacks in the am but the snacks are limited and when they run out you're out ot luck. And, the beverage service only last limited hours.

Loved this hotel. Even though it was a short stay, it was clean and newer than others. Loved the airport shuttle. So useful and convenient.

Room was clean, bathroom shower curtain was long enough also had mildew, the vent had lots of cover the dust. I did enjoy free drink and bread. all staff was very nice including bus driver I wouldn't mind spending Haneda JAL city hotel again. Thank you.
