The property was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint is that check-in is on the second floor without an elevator till you check-in. Would stay here again!

The room booked was a de-luxe double. I was also careful to ensure the double bed was not against the wall.
the room given was 5m by 4m with the bed against the wall - hardly de-luxe.
I went to reception and complained and, being fair, they sorted by offering a twin which was bigger and much better.
it would appear care needs to be given to ensure the booking matches the room quality.

We were unable to make it due to a typhoon and the property refunded us our money, we were so surprised but would recommend them just because of this. They were very understanding and courteous.
