Hotel very clean and staff very friendly! Food was very good but buffet is very small. Restaurants offer good menus and food was delicious. Alcohol was not premium quality but good variety! The entertainment was ok except Masquerade night. Beach area is very small with one row of cabanas. Overall very good hotel!!

Our 1st time at the Hyatt. Check in did drag a bit but after everything was nice. The room was huge with lots of room. The AC did not disappoint. The food was very good. The Pineapple margarita was the winner. The staff was super friendly and the room service was not a long wait. We rented a cabana for a day and no regrets what so ever. Our server Antonio went above on everything for us. We will definitely return.

I didn't like that an Adults Only resort had no late night entertainment. Everything closed at midnight. Cheap liquor....premium liquor was an EXTRA charge. Beach access was not good. I would not return to this resort for these reasons.

I loved the pool area and how you can go to different pools depending on your mood for the day. Wait staff was excellence and friendly especially Eric in main pool and Miguel in dining area.

Great food and service. If your a beach person this is not the place for you...very small...but with the great pools I didn't miss the beach.

Rooms were clean enough. Pool wasn’t that clean. Hence, that’s why I’m not giving 5 stars. Staffs were great. Food was ok. It’s rated as 4 and half stars, but it’s more like 3 and half to 4 stars max. Bathrooms were small. Doors of the bathrooms needs to be replaced. Liquid body soap and shampoo had no scent. My family and I were a group of 16 people. We chose this resort was mainly due to the beach, but unfortunately, the beach had red flag and tons of seaweed. Huge disappointment. The only restaurant was decent was Asiana, Barefood (Grab & Go, and the café. Pelicanos and La Casona were not good. Dolma was ok, but not great. Therefore, nothing about it was special. Will not come back here again. Our family made the best of it while we can. We had a great time due to the quality time with our family. Otherwise, we will not stay here again.

M'he quedat amb la família

This property made of family vacation filled with fun and good times. It covered everything from over nine places to eat and snack with you wanna be fancy or just hang up in casual clothes a pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and endless elegance. We traveled as a family of eight and everyone has so many good things to say about the property. The staff is excellent and really pay attention to every detail to make everyone comfortable.. They really took all inclusive to a new level, this was awesome.!

Great resort, food, drinks, staff, huge rooms and walking distance to bars, shopping and restaurants. Only thing bad thing is would say, wasn't a deal breaker is that there wasn't much for late night entertainment for the after dark party people who want to keep hanging out!
