Bed was super comfy! They are very serious about breakfast end time haha but they have a convenient shuttle and it's right by the channel where all the yachts headout in the weekend!

Nice hotel for the night before you cruise! The walkway by the canal is nice. Transportation to the cruise terminal was a bonus. Within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

Our family booked two identical suites however I was given a standard room and my relative was told he was given an upgrade when in truth and in fact we got one suite and one standard room even though we paid for two suites. I found this very disappointing and dishonest on the hotel's part.
