Check in was easy and fast. Room was clean. Laundry room was clean and well maintained. This is my second time staying at Arirang Hills. Location of the hotel is main reason I made reservation. Subway station and bus stop is only few steps away from the hotel.

Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — the subway/train station entrance is only about a 1-minute walk away, which made travelling very convenient. There are also many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, most of them less than a minute away on foot. The hotel staff at reception were able to speak English, so communication was easy, and most of them were friendly and helpful. Customer service overall was good, although two female receptionists were less friendly. There is also a coin laundry on Level 2, which was very convenient for washing clothes during the trip. However, there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, and many guests use them, so you need to plan your laundry time properly. Overall, the hotel location and convenience were definitely the highlights of the stay, and I would consider staying here again.

There was dust on the furniture in every piece of furniture. That means the cleaning was not done well. So I wiped off all the dust. The breakfast was relatively neat and tasty but, it was boring because there was no change in the side dishes. The staff were relatively friendly but even though there was a currency exchange place there, the employee who didn't know the area directed me to another distant place. So I had a hard time finding a currency exchange office.

The hotel was overall good. The only issues we had were the lack of hot water for the first night, and the air conditioning/heating not working.

Hotel was great. Easy to find and close to shopping area near the station. A little far from touristy stuff but just a quick subway ride away. Best part was the bus to the airport that is so close by.
