It's confort hotel. It was bit far from stations and city center. Bed was good, Bathroom was nomal. If you have a car and want to sleep well, you feel confort.

アップグレードしたのはいいが、部屋の温度が寒くて暖まるのに2時間かかった。足元が特に冷えて温度が循環していないのか、窓から冷気が漏れているのか分からない。部屋チェンジの際、フロント係が荷物を持ってくれなかった事に不便を感じた。接客も適当に質問に答えるなど、誠実さを感じさせず印象に残らない。コンシェルジュが居ないのが残念だった。本当に美味しいお店の一つや二つ名前が言える程、リサーチや日頃の努力が誠意あるサービスに繋がるのではないか。
