We always have had good stays at this hotel chain, and this was stay was no different. Property was well maintained and everything was clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Beds are comfortable. The only thing I gave 3 stars to was the hot tub looked like it needed a little attention. The water was very murky. We decided to not use it. I would stay here again for sure

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice. But there were details that needs work. The common areas, where the food was, the lobby RR and Elevator were super hot. No AC is these areas. I brought it up to the male front desk (with a long beard) and he was rude, didn't care, and didn't even try to be courteous. When I brought it up to his attention, nicely, a snide remark is all I got. All the other staff were so nice.

Room, bathroom, floor are clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating especially during breakfast when I needed help with the pancakes. Breakfast is near excellent. Just hope you have more fresh fruits, i.e., bananas and oranges. Amenities are all we needed, but there’s no flat iron in the room. I know I could ask for it, but I just wish I don’t have, too.
