A lovely hotel - excellent for an overnight stay as close to the airport . The staff were very professional and helpful / warm. The room is very comfortable with quality linen and a very comfortable bed. Also breakfast was one of the best I have had at a Taj hotel. The swimming pool let the hotel down - they are building next door and there was very little atmosphere around the pool area. It looks much better in the photos. Not a great deal around this area as it is situated in the business district so be mindful of that if you are coming on vacation rather than business. Overall lovely stay. Big fan of the Taj group

Great location , well maintained spacious rooms. The service levels have dropped significantly. For example it takes ten rings for someone to pick up your room service call, the person attending on the room service call dosent know the different between stake and Tikka ( Lack of knowledge ) the service at Eloquent Elephant bar was below average .

Stay was pleasant and well staffed. Breakfast has an Indian theme and is well prepared with lots of options. Location is in the middle of the city. There are plenty of other options if you would like to stay at a location on or by the water. ChatGPT listed this as a Top 5 Five Star Hotel in Dubai for value, but it depends on what you are looking for? Choose wisely 😉

Had a wonderful experience staying at Taj, Dubai. The rooms were clean, comfortable, breakfast was excellent. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend to everyone to stay in Taj. Thanks
