Had a lovely 4 night stay at the Fitzgerald hotel. Stayed in a room with balcony, very spacious room, beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold dishes, anything you could wish for at breakfast time. Room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The only issue was the hairdryer in the bathroom was not very powerful, so if you have long or thick hair, you may want to bring your own or it could take a while like it did me, but a very minor issue.

When you walk in you immediately smell something wonderful that makes you feel relaxed after traveling all day. Check in was the fastest we've ever experienced for 4 rooms. Rooms were perfect size and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The mimosas were a great surprise. The walk around the area was easy and only a 20-30 min walk to the more touristy side...a very easy walk. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel if visiting Prague.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. Staff was willing to assist in anyway. Location is excellent! Tram service was nearby and a bus station for a direct bus to and from the airport in a 10min walk. The only issue I have is with the Laundry Service. Before finalizing the wash, notification of the total cost to wash the laundry should be passed on to the guest if different from what was expected at first(approx. 57 Euros). The new price of 158 Euros is unrational. If I was aware beforehand, the laundry could be completed at Prague Andy's Laundromat(a family member utilized this service for a larger load and confirmed the price) nearby for 20 Euros.

Small boutique hotel in a quiet street a few minutes from a main underground station. The furnishings were in excellent condition and a very comfortable bed gave a good sleep. A chair in the bedroom would have been appreciated but overall there was no other issues. A friendly welcome at reception and attentive staff in the restaurant capped a very pleasant stay.
