Clean and very friendly people

We checked in and went to our room. First off

The avengers room is the one that I usually get because I have a large family and it accommodates us so well honestly I love staying at this hotel. This is my second time and I know that anytime I come back to Anaheim. This is the hotel that I’ll be staying in staff is excellent. The amenities are excellent and well kept delicious food in the restaurant there the one thing that I would like to see is a Smith machine in the gym the gym is very small and I think a Smith machine would give it a variety of more exercises, but that’s just me. I have to work out every day other than that this hotel is a 10 out of 10..

Upon entering the room, found dirty underwear lying in the bathroom whith dirty bath tub. Definitely shows that cleaners are not doing their job properly. Only bed sheets were changed. No apologies from staff or management. Not a good experience with teenage girls. Definitely would not recommend anyone from staying at the property.

Came to grab breakfast for myself and wife. Was told I couldn’t take it to her. Then minutes later they handed someone else a Togo box and let him stuff it to take.

The breakfast was amazing and fresh.

The hotel is much to be desired for, its clean but looks like ur in the middle of a remodel, no free breakfast and costs 20 dollars per person and there is a store inside of the hotel but the prices are outrageous, about 10 minute walk to Disneyland was the only good thing. Definitely stay somewhere else if you can.

Everything was fantastic even the server in the restaurant was very helpful to be able to provide my son with strawberries and extra blueberries because they had to run out right when he walked up to the fruit bar

Place is outdated,dirty and staff is not helpfull

We liked the splash pad and pool areas and had a great time there. The staff was nice. However that is the only nice thing we can say. We booked for a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was a little outdated but that really didn’t bother us. The fridge was dirty with pop spills at the bottom. No dish soap in the kitchen and only 2 small trash cans to accommodate 7 people. Only one bathroom which was attached to the bedroom with the 2 queen beds, so each time the other people wanted to use the bathroom, we had to make sure the others weren’t changing or had to be quiet when the baby slept. The breakfast was ok but the tables, high chairs and chairs were sticky, like they weren’t cleaned after every meal. The worst part was the air conditioning was broken in our suite! It got up to 80 degrees in our room and of course Anaheim was in a heat advisory and we were spending those days at the parks so we really needed a cool place to sleep. After alerting front desk, maintenance came to our room and was unable to fix it. They offered a much smaller room which wouldn’t fit all of us. We asked for 3 box fans, but only had one so it went to keeping the baby cooler. We did get a partial refund but in my honest opinion, it wasn’t enough. They offered us breakfast for the departing day and we turned it down since it was so hot in our room (cooler outside) we just wanted to leave. We have lost all respect for IHG hotels and will not stay in any of these hotels.
