worst hotel ive stayed they charged me $45.00 to park my own car,i could not get coffee in the morning,they not even sell me a cup of coffee!!!the room was a dump,ive had better service at motel 6

Other guests were noise outside all night partying. The handle in the shower was either all hot or all cold. When we checked in there was a notice that the following morning at 9 o’clock they would be doing maintenance on the fire alarm system. We were woke up to pounding and drills at 7am.

Estada individual

Water was extremely slow to drain when using the shower. This left my feet in about six inches of standing, dirty water that slowly drained from the tub. The carpet was dirty and worn. The customer service and the restaurant food was excellent. Those two things and the proximity to the Santa Ana airport are the only reasons to stay here. Just don't look at the floor or take a shower....
