Old and dirty rooms, they need to update the rooms

We arrived at the property at 3 pm and didn’t even get checked into our room until 6:30 that evening. We left our jobs early to get on the road and avoid traffic all to get to the hotel and wait 3 and a half hours for our room. The funny thing was it wasn’t even that busy so not exactly sure what took them 3 and a half hours to clean and get our room ready in the first place. I get things happen but that was just crazy. Then we got expired food from the market place I kid you not. Wasn’t feeling good at all and checked the date on our food and my tuna sandwich was expired and the sour creams for my quesadilla were expired by 2 weeks. We choose to stay here because it does feel like home and we are comfortable here being we only stay here when we come to Orlando once a month. This time around it was not good at all and I hate saying that but wasn’t happy with the overall stay. When you pay a lot of money to book your room here and then you pay pretty much the same amount at the resort for hotel fees and parking you expect more is what I’m getting at. So our 400 dollars for 2 nights ended up being over 800 dollars with resort fees and parking added on.

The one night my wife and I had to ourselves was ruined as soon as we checked in. We booked and paid for a Deluxe King Room with a resort view, but were given a room with two double beds because our reserved room wasn’t ready. The front desk was polite and explained that housekeeping hadn’t finished our room, and while I wouldn’t have minded waiting a reasonable amount of time for the room I actually reserved, waiting nearly three hours until 8:17 p.m. is absurd. Instead of enjoying the evening we planned and paid for, we spent most of our night sitting in the lobby and bar waiting for our room. With our schedules, this was our only chance to get away together, and it was extremely disappointing that the room we reserved wasn’t available, especially when we checked in around 5:00 p.m.

Power outlets were faulty, shower spits water out not at a comfortable setting . Spiders in our room . They did what they could and moved us to a better room . Staff was great , overall experience was okay . Can find something cheaper ? Absolutely. Thought for the price was going to be more upscale . Typical hotel , promoting behind the “Hilton” label.

Very dirty rooms .fridge and washroom taps not working properly

Booked last minute, this was the only hotel available. Checked in, initially got a disgusting room. Stains all over the bed (both dirt and THOSE kinds of stains if you know what im saying). the entire room was falling apart and the walls had cigarette stains. it also smelled like the carpet had not been cleaned since 1990. they switched our room, only to be given a room with a broken shower, broken AC, and once again a dirty carpet that smelled. I complained again, and told them if they didn’t make it right i wanted money back and would go stay somewhere else. all they did was give me points (which have not hit my account yet btw). i wouldn’t ever stay here again

Everyone is super kind. Just never enough staff for check in and this is our 3rd stay and it’s always at least a 40 min line. It’s a conference hotel which is to be expected, but there is only ever 2 desk agents. The bed is also one of the most uncomfortable ever slept on.

Staff was great but the resort was hosting an event and the guest took over the hotel and left trash and were using hairspray all over the place. They were in hallways and were very loud.

Excellent Service
