Everything was good about the facility. About the Airlines I’m not happy. Why do you choose airlines that make me pay so much for carry on and not telling me until the last minute? It looks like scam. From Volaris and now frontier? I want to know in advance next time otherwise I may not choose your services for my vacation choice.

The parking u got to pay 40 dollars a day didnt say that when I booked then the hold for 200 dollars then u take 40 a day out of that to park

At booking, it was mentioned breakfast included but I ended up paying for it. Please have that part clarified so people know what to expect. The elevators were busyyyyyyy even if they were 6 of them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the use of the sky bridges that connected the hotels. However our bathroom left a lot to be desired and had no exhaust fan. Also, the hotel had 8 elevators; and all were so slow. We waited on average more than 10 minutes for a lift. Since it took so long the elevator was usually packed to capacity and sometimes we had to wait even longer for the next one.
