M'he quedat amb la família

The place was nice and very convenient to many restaurants and bars as well as the Angel de independencia. However, the staff was not very friendly when we checked in the guy who was there was not very nice. Also before checking-in we tried to contact the property ande they took a long time for respond. We wanted to let our luggage before the check-in hour and they told there were be a fee to do that. Other than that, the room was very spacious.

It’s ok. Good for two days and close to everything. Bed was uncomfortable and property and rooms were deteriorated

Staff was super nice. Please keep in mind that it is an older hotel so the sheets are clean however they are stained. Other than that, we had a great time.

Suites muy completas. Personal amable y servicial. Su ubicación es muy buen para tomar transporte o disfrutar del icónico Angel de la Independiencia. Si hay pequeños detalles por mejorar en cuanto al mantenimiento. Pero el tamaño de la Suite te deja tener una estancia cómoda. Sevicio de café ☕ en la habitación.

Almost perfect, only the host in the night shift and the guard have a poor attitude just to open the gate at 5:30am just to push a simple button and that he’s job management need to take of this kind of situation because for those people with poor performance is the reason that we looked for other options in Reforma 😒
