Genial 今回コインランドリーを利用したのですが
洗濯時のロックがかかりませんでした
思春期の子供の下着を洗濯していたので、
気になりました
他は設備もスタッフの方も朝食も大満足でした
また利用したいです

Love this chain hotel with free breakfast. Walkable distance from Kurashiki station. Free bike rental is a plus for me to move around in Bikan historic area.

hotel rather old and the room is bit small for 3 person. But location is good for Outlet Park and some other shopping area. Free parking is also nice for driving guests.

Clean, comfortable for a one night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions for good dinner options. Just opposite to a Familymart convenience store. Breakfast was good.

Genial You must prepare taxi 700Yen each way from station to hotel, it's not good if you can't have trip plan well. But free breakfast and nice staff.
