The location could not be better for the price. The beach is maybe a block away. Just half a block to the beach if you turn right we found a great coffee place (Huynh Gia) and a lady selling a egg Ban mi on the same side of the street just a little further down for about $1.25 Canadian that was a delicious way to start the day(best in Da nang). We really enjoyed the area. We will return

Beach side view room more noise from traffic room clean bed was vary comfortable air conditioning worked great. Hotel is 3 minute walk to the beach plenty of restaurants to walk to around and vary save.

Room was a good size. Cleaners are good but quite early every day. Lifts are quick to arrive. Pool area is small but nice and the gym is good. Staff are friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay of six nights in Feb 36

Amazing hotel, overall experience is excellent. Great location, right in front of beach and super convenient. But I would say since this hotel is placed in a very tourist area, at night it gets pretty loud especially if you’re an early sleeper, this place won’t be for you. Love this area overall.

The hotel shows some signs of age, and I did experience an issue with one of the doors—it flew open during my stay due to a broken lock and strong winds. Despite this, the staff was outstanding. Everyone, from the front desk team to housekeeping and security, was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.
