Staff were very rude and unhelpful. The room i booked and paid for was given out to someone else and i was effectively down graded to a smaller room with no tea or coffee making facilities.A blocked sink and just not the best start to any holiday.

Nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación pprque la verdad olían muy mal creo que es un problema de las tuberías porque sobretodo era en los baños.
