Easy walk to Munich HBF, Quiet area with air conditioning.

The woman who checked us in was exceptional, and our room was clean and accurately matched the photos. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not. The property and surrounding area did not match the impression created by Expedia's listing, and we did not feel safe leaving the hotel after dark. I also purchased Expedia's Stay Protection Plan believing it would allow cancellation if our plans changed, but when they did just days later, I was told a full refund was not possible. That was very misleading. The listing also made it appear breakfast was included, when it was actually an additional €24 per person. The advertised restaurant was closed, and it was unclear where meals were being served. I have screenshots supporting these concerns. The Wi-Fi information was also unclear, making it difficult to check in for our international flight without worrying about additional charges. At checkout, a staff member was rude, the lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I was told Expedia would email my receipt, which I have still not received. Because the listing and protections I purchased did not match our experience, I respectfully request that Expedia review this reservation, provide my itemized receipt, and consider a partial refund or Expedia travel credit. I can provide screenshots upon request.

Modern hotel and great for families

Good location, older hotel, breakfast was fantastic, and staff was very nice.

Big family room with 4 beds. Bathroom was big and clean. Swimming pool and sauna was nice.

Lovely swimming pool and conveniently located for exploring the city and beyond via the trains.
