Absolutely amazing hotel with exceptional service. The hotel is the definition of luxury. There was not a single thing that disappointed me. The hotel is part of the cotai strip and very close to the other hotels as well.

Like Staff very responsive and gomout of their way. Spa area no lounge chair and should have basket for used towels. Staff was saying to me that i have towels lying around when i was just about to fold the used towels but i shouldnt .. there should be a container for the used towels

Absolutely stunning hotel. Future feel. Stunning design Great value for money Complimentary mini bar Exemplary service Can not fault Note- gym opening hours 10-8, pool unavailable as part of our stay which was disappointing but could use sister pool Be advised to access Macau via contains water jet not turbo jet. Much newer boat and ferry terminal and much closer to hotel
