Well appointed modern rooms with good facilities (coffee, charging points) and nice bathrooms. Breakfast buffet very good, excellent choice though for some reason the coffee was terrible every morning! Property is nicely located, easy to get a Grab or walk to many places. Pool area is very limited without any atmosphere. Drinks at the hotel are very expensive (somewhere close to S$20 for a coke!)

Overall, my experience was positive, but I encountered a few issues: 1. The wait time for breakfast downstairs was excessively long. 2. The inside of the electric kettle was not clean. 3. Upon entering the room for the first time, I noticed it was very humid and had a musty mold smell. I strongly suspect the air conditioner needs cleaning. Because of this, I only used the AC when it was extremely hot and left it off most of the time.

Lovely hotel, very central in Singapore. Rooms are great and staff are extremely helpful. Will be staying at the Conrad next time I am in Singapore.

The Conrad was a great experience for us. The staff was e trembly professional and helpful. Desiree and the concierge team went above and beyond for us. The location is super convenient and central to all activities around town. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family of three (2 adults and 1 teenager). The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's only a 3–4 minute walk to the MRT station, making it very convenient to get around Singapore. There are also numerous food courts, restaurants, and shopping malls within walking distance, so you'll never run out of dining or shopping options. The only area for improvement would be the sofa bed. It was essentially the living room sofa with bed sheets placed over it, which wasn't the most comfortable for our teenager. Providing a proper rollaway bed or folding bed would make the stay much more comfortable for families of three. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Just wow. The level of service, attentiveness and hospitality was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel just one tub stop from Marina bay gardens and the shopping mall. Breakfast was amazing, gets busy but a vast selection of quality food. Shout out to eran and khai for making our trip personal and giving my 14m loads of attention. Kept him entertained.
