Fantàstic
We really enjoyed our stay at London Lodge. Our room was extremely clean and I was surprised by how quiet the building was at night. The air conditioning in the bedroom was most welcome. What stood out most to me though, was how friendly and helpful all the staff were - everyone was keen to help and very polite.

We dropped bags on the way to Wimbledon. Very helpful staff, checked in very late. Spent very little time at the hotel but all functional and no issues.

The whole stuff of the Hotel was very nice and helpful. We felt very welcome. The House is a little bit older, but that is just the point of it.. The neighbourhood is very nice and you can easily walk trough Kensington an to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. We loved it.

London Lodge Hotel is super convenient, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which made it a great place to relax in the evening. Our room (two single beds) was cozy. The only minus I'll give is that there were no outlets by the beds for recharging phones, etc. They were across the room. We stayed 6 nights, and it got quite hot in London, but our room had an A/C (splitter) so we were quite comfy. The staff was attentive and helpful, and secured us a taxi back to Heathrow given that the Piccadilly line was out of service that day. The surrounding neighborhood is charming, and there were plenty of cafes and pubs to pop into for snacks or coffee.

Rooms we quaint and lovely. Staff always very helpful with all our needs. Continental breakfast various choices. Thanks for being so very helpful with our missing luggage issue.
