Room was spacious but extremely hot with a fan on. Could do with some air-con . Nice area and easy access to get to events such as around Hyde park . Breakfast was all included continental and not bad.

The hotel smells. The desk staff is disinterested at best. The front door is supposed to be unlocked until 11, was locked at 10:30. Front door supposed to be open by 7, was locked at 8:30. They don’t answer their WhatsApp calls. The breakfast was… edible I guess. It was just clean enough to justify not looking for a different place to stay for one night. Location is good.

Genial Excellent check in. Room clean, bathroom clean , lovely view, very quiet. Close to local amenities and stores. Only gripe was no nonslip mat for shower.
