We did not get a balcony. Tye room was pretty tired looking and also barely any shampoo or shower soap plus we received 1 small bottle of drinking water. Our room was right near the check in and we could hear noise and our door rattled any time the door to that area slammed shut. The worst thing was we had to carry up our heavy luggage 3 flights of stairs to get to the reception desk and our room. No help, no lift. There has to be guests who are unable to do that - we aren’t weak and it was not fun.

Great location. Instructions to get in the place was easy. And the staff was very nice and curious and helpful for letting us know what to see around town.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, a block from the Duomo and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. It would be a challenge if you travel with large heavy luggage as there is no elevator and the reception is up two flights of stairs, but this was not a factor for us. The staff was helpful with keeping our bags for a couple of hours after we checked out.

Room was very spacious and clean. The location is at the centre of all the shopping and dining options so it was very convenient for us especially since we only stayed in Florence for a day

It was at a great location and housekeeping cleaned every day. The bed sheets were not changed however. The washroom is separate from the room which was inconvenient. But it was great for the location and price.
