The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is very convenient and the parking in front of the room was great. However it is a budget accommodation in a good location, so the amenity is not the best and you get what you pay for. Overall it was a great stay.

I literally don't have any complaints. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and there was parking for the most part. The parking spaces themselves were a bit narrow and small, so it did take some time to actually park. It is also very close to Central Queenstown which made the place even a lot better than I thought.
