Staff was super helpful and just amazing and our experience was first class. Room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Parking is as shown in the street view. It is a car elevator that goes to below ground secure parking.

The staff was wonderful. My wife twisted her knee touring the town and they were very helpful, making reservations, bringing ice for the knee, etc. The location is great, across a narrow street from the beautiful cathedral. We drove to the hotel and the underground parking was very convenient. The room wasn’t large but very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not great. All in all a great experience.

Extremely helpful staff, very clean and new rooms & facilities, and breakfast was delicious. We really wanted to love this hotel, but a huge drawback was that there was zero sound proof…. We stayed at floor E room 002 and the bathroom doors were practically useless. Despite the two-door design, we could clearly hear each other and it was very uncomfortable for two friends who usually didnt travel together. Room door also did not work well despite the thickness & heaviness (it looked very safe but surprisingly not blocking much sound at all). We could clearly hear the chitchats in the hallway and loud sound when the close by room shut its door.

We loved this hotel. Amazing location in the centre of Granada. Easy walk to the Alhambra. Lovely cafes and restaurants around. Recommend Parole as a restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly. Very reasonably priced with parking included.

Perfect hotel, parking bit expensive, breakfast top of the line, clean, convenient, comfortable. We end up adding an extra night. Car need to be small & eco to enter city center and the elevator for the parking.
