My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis. The service was excellnt from check in to check out. The property is stunningly beautiful and we would not hesitate to recommend. I would like to especially recognize Mahmoud Abdel Aziz & Omar who both went out of their way to help us to get my husband's phone back after leaving it in an uber by mistake. Peter at the BBQ night. Aya at check out was so lovely and Amr who helped us with our bags. We can't wait until we return to our 'second home' per the security personnel. Thank you WA, I stay in hotels all the time for business and you have the spevial sauce:-).

Wow, what an experience. After five days in Sharm El Sheikh with the kids, I was ready for some relaxed luxury and the Waldorf Astoria Cairo delivered exactly that. From the moment you arrive, you’re enveloped in a sense of calm, luxury and seamless convenience. The staff are absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive and genuinely thoughtful, they go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. I really can’t praise them highly enough. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, understated yet luxurious, and incredibly comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Cairo, and for a longer stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It's close to the airport which makes it convenient if you're flying out of Cairo but regardless of what I was planning to do in Cairo it's definitely where I would stay the next time I'm there this is a world class five star hotel with beautiful facilities and a wonderful staff!
