Just 5 min walk to the outlet. Shuttle bus available to both the train station as well as the outlet. On-site onsen is exceptionally clean n spacious. However should let early arrival guests register their personal details n when they return at 3pm to check in, the process will be smoother. That way, it will not create chaos in the lobby area.

Getting around the property and the shopping center was convenient with the buses provided by the hotel. Lots of washers in the laundry area. I love the individual cabins scattered around the property. Makes it feel like you're in the woods. Great place for families!

Great location. Right next to the Karuizawa station, outlet and snowfields. Shuttle scheduled to come every 15-30 minutes to take you around the resort, outlet and other snow fields. Staying at resort also gives you discounted rates with the ski lifts and gear rental. Spacious room. Great for families.
