Check in我出示已訂酒店的confirmation number即hotels.com 給我的確定已訂酒店的email 內有confirmation number，但前台男的接待員不接受，叫我出示證件，所以我收回我手機上顕示已訂的confirmation number email並出示回鄉證，但他再次拒絕並要求我出示另一種證件，我收回我回鄉證後再出示我的身分證，他再次拒絕我的證件並跟我說找不到我訂的房，及後他尋求身邊另一女服務員來問我在那裡訂房？我答她hotels.com並已全付房費了，她問我要求出示confirmation number！此刻無言，感覺服務質量太低了吧！最後我再次收回我身分證並再次出示手機的eMail內的confirmation number才成功找到我訂的2間房2晚。上來申訴一下！

分開3次預訂共訂了四間房間，三個不同時間到達酒店都遇到相同問題，說只訂了兩間或3間房，每次都花費半小時以上才確認共訂了四間房間。不明白可以第二個到達及第三個到達的朋友都需要花費唇舌再尋找及等待半小時。旅遊那麼多地方第一次遇着酒店員工旅遊那麼多地方第一次遇着酒店員工，那麼不專業那麼不專業
